1. 10 Jumping Jacks- 3 sets
2. High Knees W/Jabs 60 seconds – 3 sets
3. Mountain Climbers 60 seconds- 3 sets
4. 10 Burpees- 3 sets (or 3 sets of 5 if you can’t do 10)
5. 10 crunches- 3 sets (reach for the ceiling)
6. Bicycles crunches 60 seconds- 3 sets
7. Up Down Planks 60 seconds- 3 sets
